Committed Christians Preparing for Ministry
Bethel Bible Institute students are individuals who are deeply committed to knowing and serving God. Coming from diverse backgrounds, they share a common desire to grow in their spiritual journey and fulfill God’s calling in their lives.
Under the guidance of Spirit-filled instructors, students engage in a rigorous four-year graduate certificate program designed to deepen their biblical knowledge, strengthen their faith, and equip them for ministry.

Bethel Bible Institute of Boston, Inc. exists to provide Christ-centered, Bible-based education for urban Christians; education that is accessible, affordable, and culturally relevant.
Our Beginning
History of Bethel Bible Institute
The name Bethel Bible Institute was brought into being by Miss Mildred G. Craigwell and Reverend Henry D. Bell after they sat together and discussed the precious and infallible Word of God at length. The Word was so precious, harmonious, and delightful to them that the idea of establishing a Bible school came to mind.
After a brief discussion, they prayerfully sought the mind of God before making a decision. Neither wanted to move forward without first hearing from Him. Once they believed the vision had been confirmed by God, they wasted no time bringing the school into existence.
Bethel Bible Institute was organized on January 4, 1948, at 7 Austin Street in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
Over the years, God has prospered the Institute, setting apart men and women who will carry His gospel to the lost, the hopeless, the helpless, and those held in the bondage of sin.
